The unaudited 2025-26 deficit is about $105 million, $10 million worse than two months ago. The district expects to borrow $140 million in October. They started the year as a $19 million shortfall, already cut $205 million, and still need about $10 million more next year. CFO Katrina Montgomery presented this Aug. 27.
