Jet skis stay banned on Lake Austin through Tuesday morning
Labor Day PWC ban ends at sunrise Tuesday, Sept. 8. Existing city rule, not a new bill.

Lake Austin’s personal-watercraft ban on holiday weekends is already on the books — §8-5-81. This year’s Labor Day window is sunset Friday, Sept. 4, through sunrise Tuesday, Sept. 8. Memorial Day uses the same window. The Fourth does not — sunset July 3 to sunrise July 5. APD posted the holiday notice Sept. 4. There is no new jet-ski bill on a 2026 agenda.
