Two people were killed in Austin on Tuesday, APD's 45th and 46th homicides this year.

Jeffrey Grable died after an assault on Norwood Park Blvd, and police are still looking for the suspect. Miguel Guevara was shot on Menchaca Rd, and APD arrested his roommate, Christopher Foy, 24. Under the law, an arrest isn't a conviction, and Foy is presumed innocent.
